Shipping & Delivery

If you place your order before 12pm we will do our best to ship that order out the same day for arrival with you the next working day. In some rare circumstances it may take longer to ship than promised.

For all orders taking advantage of our free standard delivery these will be shipped to arrive with you within 3 to 5 working days.

Please remember that in some cases the parcel may be to large for your letter box and as such the postman will leave a card giving you instructions on where to collect the parcel from or to rearrange delivery.

If you order an item that is in stock and an item which is not then we will part ship orders for you at no extra cost.

Privacy & Security

We receive and store information you enter on our website or send us by email. We use the information for such purposes as responding to your requests and improving Dream Divas service. Once you have registered with us, we gaurantee we will never pass your details to any third parties.

Returns & Replacements

Our returns policy is quite simple and effective.

In order to be eligible for a full refund your returned product should be returned with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must also be undamaged, unwashed and unsoiled. Upon approval by us we will notify you of the safe receipt and again when your credit has been raised. We also recommend, for your own security, that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office, since we can not be held liable for items not received by us. In the extremely rare event that your garment is faulty then we will refund the postage. For non-faulty/unwanted items return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

If your original order totalled more than £40 and you received free delivery, but your returned items bring your total down below the £40 threshold (for free delivery) then we will deduct £3.95 from your refund to cover the original costs of postage and packing.

In the event that the item doesn't fit then we will replace this free of charge, however you are advised to send your exchange in by recorded delivery.

For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns for the following items: Bodystockings, Hosiery or Knickers.

Sale Items are not eligble for a refund, however we will offer you a credit note against your next purchase.

Returns for unwanted/unsuitable items received after 7 days will not be accepted, however in certain circumstances we will issue you with a credit note for the full amount but this is entirely at our discretion.

Please note if you return your total order any free gifts will have to be returned as well to receive any refund or credit note.

Free Gifts can not be exchanged or changed for money as they are given to you in goodwill.

Could not get any easier then Dream Diva, just choose the items you wish to purchase and go to checkout, here you will be prompt all the way through, we recommend that you register a account to be able to choose your free gift or may be gifts, after you have purchased your order you will be able to go to the free gifts tab and choose the relavent gift to the value of your purchase free of charge, then proceed to your account where all your details will already be in the system.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All our payments go through Paypal or Moneybookers for your piece of mind and security, you do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase through Paypal as you can enter your credit/debit card details like a normal transaction, this site has all certificates in place for total secure shopping.

We believe our pricing is the most competitive on the Internet, if you find cheaper within 1 day of purchase we will refund the difference plus an extra 5%.

We have many promotions on the internet to give our customers the very best in value for money, all paying transactions are entitled to a Free Gift please see free gifts to see what gift you are entitled to, gifts are given per transaction and can not be collected in lue.

You can view all your orders and order status through your account, just login and all your orders will be there and also will advise you of when the order has been shipped.
